These terms govern the text messaging programs operated by AllTech LLC ("AllTech," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you accept these terms.
Our Text Message Programs
AllTech LLC operates two separate text messaging programs. You may join either, both, or neither.
1. Appointment Notifications
Messages about service you have scheduled with us: booking confirmations, 24-hour reminders, arrival windows, and scheduling changes.
Message frequency: Varies by your appointments — typically 2 to 4 messages per scheduled job.
2. Service Specials & Promotions
Occasional messages about seasonal specials, maintenance reminders, and promotional offers — such as spring sprinkler start-up or fall blow-out discounts.
Message frequency: Varies — no more than 4 messages per month.
How to Opt In
The two programs are opted into separately. Consent to Appointment Notifications never enrolls you in Service Specials, and consent to Service Specials never enrolls you in Appointment Notifications. Each has its own checkbox, and both are unchecked by default.
You can consent to receive text messages from AllTech LLC in any of these ways:
- Text alert sign-up page — alltechllc.org/sms-signup.html. Enter your name and mobile number, then check the box for Appointment texts, the box for Service specials, or both. Both boxes are unchecked by default and the form cannot be submitted unless at least one is chosen.
- Online booking form — when you schedule service at alltechllc.org/scheduler/, you may check the optional consent box in the customer information step. The box is not checked by default, and checking it is not required to book an appointment.
- Contact form — the optional consent checkbox on our contact page, shown separately from the required "contact me about my request" box.
- In person or by phone — by giving a technician or office staff your verbal or written permission to text you.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
The two separate consent checkboxes on our forms read:
Appointment texts. "I agree to receive text messages from AllTech LLC at the mobile number provided about appointments I book, including confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."
Service specials. "I agree to receive marketing text messages from AllTech LLC at the mobile number provided, including service specials and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. We will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply. AllTech LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to every message sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Supported Carriers
Our messaging is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to send you messages from AllTech LLC. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Eligibility & Changes
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Please notify us if your mobile number changes. We may modify or discontinue these programs or these terms at any time; changes will be posted on this page.
